HEMUS International Expo
At this year's International Defense Equipment and Services Exhibition Hemus 2024, MACHINEHEAD presented for the first time SmartBOX - a one-of-a-kind development for storage and transport of ammunition, an intriguing innovation with a safety certificate issued by the specialized testing laboratory of CIMTO, Czech Republic, and for which a US patent is pending. We can proudly say that our product has attracted huge interest from both Bulgarian and international companies. We have received compliments on our innovative boxes and inquiries about production.

New production equipment
Due to growing prospects and customer demands for maximum precision, MACHINEHEAD is constantly improving and renewing its machine park, which makes the factory dynamic and adaptable to the market. In 2024, 15 new lathes with CNC control were purchased, as well as CNC 5-axis milling machines. For 2025, additional investments are planned to increase the production resource. In this way, MACHINEHEAD will be able to attract more customers from multiple industries and expand its professional service capabilities

New Factory Opening 2022
Due to high demand and growing prospects, MACHINEHEAD designed and built a new modern facility for production of metal products according to the client's order. The factory is equipped with machines and CNC control technology, offering both production of non-standard parts and services related to the mechanical processing of metals. It harbors lathes and milling machines, universal and CNC; grinding machines for flat grinding, circular grinding, two-column coordinate grinding, CNC аbcant press, strip cutting machine, hydraulic guillotine, etc., offering to its customers high quality turning, milling, grinding, bending, cutting, and welding. MACHINEHEAD quality policy is to provide high-quality products and services that meet the needs and requirements of customers. The basis of the policy is continuous improvement in all aspects of the company's work.
